At this time, we offer UPS Ground and can only ship within the continental United States. In the future, we hope to offer more choices to better suite your needs.
The following shipping charges are based on the amount of purchase. When shirts are packaged, we can ship one to two shirts in one pack. Our average cost per shirt is $35.00 USD hence the following shipping charges apply.
These charges are automatically calculated for you during your checkout session.
Once we have received your order and verification of payment, we will process, package and have your items shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Contagious Creations does not offer refunds for any reason. However, we are most happy to exchange any of our clothing line with another of same style and size if your product arrives damaged.
To request an exchange of merchandize, please contact us at exchange@contagiouscreations.com. We will respond with an exchange order number. The item to be exchanged must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receipt. We do not refund the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, however, we will not charge you for shipping the replacement item(s).
All item(s) to be exchanged must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ship the item(s) in a bubble wrap mailer.
