1). How long does it take to receive my order?
Once we receive confirmation of your order, we will pack and ship your shirts within 2 to 4 business days. Depending on where you live, normally you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. See our “Shipping and Handling” section for additional information.
2). Do you ship overnight?
Not at this time. For now, we use UPS Ground as our shipping method for our Apparel line of products. See our “Shipping and Handling” section for additional information.
3). Do you ship outside the United States?
We only ship to the continental United States and Canada. In the near future, we hope to offer additional shipping methods, as well as international shipping.
4). What payment methods do you accept and is my payment transaction secure?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal and yes, your transactions are secure. See our “Privacy Policy” page for complete details concerning these issues.
5). What is your refund or exchange policy?

6). Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do charge sales tax for sales originating from California. The tax is calculated for you during your checkout session.
7). How do your shirts fit?
As of now we use Bella and American Apparel for our designs. When you select an item to view, you'll have the appropriate size chart available for that design. Both of these manufacturers clothing are designed to have a bit of a snug fit. If we utilize a different brand of shirt on a future design you will see the appropriate size chart for that item. Additionally, all shirts will shrink some. When ordering, take this in mind when selecting your size. See our Washing Instructions below for additional information.
8). Do you have suggested washing instructions for your shirts?
Our shirts are designed to fit a bit snug, and may shrink nearly a size, depending whether you place them in the dryer and/or wash in hot water. If you prefer to wash in hot water, we recommend you buy a size up. For best washing results and to maintain t-shirt quality; wash inside out, cold water, and hang or tumble dry. If you iron your apparel, turn the shirt inside out and never iron directly over the imprinted designs.
9). Are your designs original?
Yes they are original. Done only by us - for you. Our designs are not limited editions but they will only be produced as long as they are popular.
10). Will you have new designs coming to your site?
Yes, we have several in the works. We will continue to add new designs reflecting our style and what our customers like to see. If you would like to suggest a particular design, please feel free to email us with your suggestions or comments. We will look at each one carefully. 11). How do I purchase Eclectic or Gallery items
You may purchase any of these items with your credit card or PayPal account. On each Eclectic or Gallery item page there is a link labeled "Click Here to Make a Purchase Inquiry". Click on this link to email us your questions concerning a particular item.

- Click on "Send Money"
- Fill in the Payment details in the Send Money Box (To: sales@contagiouiscreations.com) (The total amount of the purchase, including shipping and insurance, given to you in our previous correspondence), (Select Goods) then click continue.
- PayPal will take you through the next steps for new or existing users, how you wish to pay for the purchase, and finally confirmation of the purchase.
